EVACUATING IN SOUTHERN ILLINOIS
Watseka is evacuating many people in the community due to rising flood waters. The Mayor has declared it in a state of emergency. Cars are litterally underwater. Watseka is a town of only 5,500 people. Is this global warming or what?
