Well the Season Premier of "American Idol" 7 was a sweet rendition of the last 6 seasons, except for the fact that Simon seemed to be on his best behavior . I was expecting a few more "that was utterly horrible" phrases or "you will never make it as a singer". Oh well, I guess the seasons just getting started.My Favorite "BEST OF THE BEST" was Christy Lee Cook singing "Amazing Grace". She had such a wonderful range, unique vocal style and amazingly enough she didn't sound like a thousand other singers. If she doesn't make it in to the finals....BLAME IT ON HOLLYWOOD!
My Favorite "WORST OF THE WORST" was James with his LOW...Down rendition of "Go Down Moses". Maby he could make it big as a cartoon voice over but he might as well hang the towel right over his microphone.
