How can someone you barely know walk into a courthouse, accuse you of stealing money from them, and without any investigation the State's Attorney sends the accused "must appear in court" documents for thieft??? Is this just small town living or WHAT? I called the States Attorneys office and they wouldn't even give me a clue of who, how or why this is happening. I have never stole anything in my life but now I have to deal with the drama and appear in court based on the word of a woman who gave me a ride in their cab service.
