David Cook is definitely worthy of the title "American Idol". His performances have been consistent, unique and flawless. I picture David's career taking off like a rocket whether he places first or third, but he is Number 1 in my book.

I completely agree with you. Not only has he been consistent throughout the competition, but he also has that gravelly, rockstar type sound that I adore in a male vocalist, and has a wonderful stage presence. He's pretty good to look at, too - with a dynamite smile! Sigh...
